This policy explains how KruxLabs (“we”, “us”) handles information on kruxlabs.web.app. It is short, because this website does very little with your data.
The short version. We run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and we do not build a profile of you. Every page here is plain static HTML with two exceptions: the support page and the start a project page, which each have a form. If you do not use those forms, you never give this website any information at all.
1. Scope
This policy covers this website only. Our apps and products are separate services with their own privacy policies, because they collect things this site does not — see Our products below.
2. What this website does not do
We would rather be specific than vague. This site does not:
- run analytics, tag managers, advertising pixels, or any tracking script;
- set advertising or tracking cookies of our own;
- embed third-party fonts, maps, videos, or social widgets;
- sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing;
- ask for, receive, or store payment details.
Every page apart from those two forms is static HTML and CSS with no JavaScript, so simply reading this site sends nothing to any third party.
3. Server logs
This site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Like effectively all web hosting, it records standard technical request logs — typically your IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. These are generated by Google’s infrastructure to serve the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
We do not use those logs to identify or track individual visitors, and we do not combine them with any other information. This processing is subject to Google’s own data-protection terms for Firebase and Google Cloud.
4. Our two forms
The support page and the start a project page are the only pages that collect anything. You do not need an account to use either.
What we collect
Only what you type in, plus the time you submitted it.
- Support form: your name, email address, which product your message is about, a subject, and your message.
- Project enquiry form: your name, email address, your company (optional), the kind of project, a rough budget range, a timeline, and your description of what you want built.
Nothing else about you is captured — we do not attach your IP address, your location, or any device fingerprint to either submission. The two go to separate places and are not combined.
Why, and how it is stored
We use it solely to read your message, reply to you, and keep a record of the
conversation. Submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the
asia-southeast1 (Singapore) region. They are encrypted in transit,
readable only by us, and are never published or made visible to other visitors.
We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not use anything you send us for
advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep support messages and project enquiries for as long as they are useful as a record — normally no more than 24 months — and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time; see Your rights.
Google reCAPTCHA
To stop automated abuse, our two form pages — and only those pages — are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 together with Firebase App Check. To tell people from bots, reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information such as device and application data, and may set cookies or read browser storage. That information goes to Google and is used to provide and improve reCAPTCHA and general security; it is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you would rather not load reCAPTCHA at all, email us directly at kruxlabs.apps@gmail.com instead — it reaches exactly the same place.
5. If you email us
The contact links on this site open your own email client — nothing is submitted through the website. If you email us we receive whatever you send: your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
6. Our products
Applications published by KruxLabs are separate services with their own policies:
- My Calorie Judge — privacy policy and account deletion.
Using this website does not create an account with any of those products, and this website receives no data from them. Sending a support message here does not delete or change anything in an app — to delete a My Calorie Judge account, follow these steps.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. In practice, for this website that means any support message you have sent us. Email kruxlabs.apps@gmail.com from the address you contacted us with and we will act on verified requests, normally within 30 days.
8. Children
This website is a general business site and is not directed at children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we add anything to this site that changes the picture above — analytics, another form, embedded third-party content — we will update this page and the “Last updated” date before or as that change goes live.
