This page explains how to delete your My Calorie Judge account (operated by KruxLabs) and all of the data associated with it.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
- Open My Calorie Judge and sign in.
- Open the menu and go to Edit Profile.
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete Forever.
Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us at kruxlabs.apps@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes, from our servers:
- Your account and sign-in identity (email/Google account link, user ID).
- Your profile (name, birth date, sex, height, weight, goals, and preferences).
- All of your food logs and activity logs, including calories and macros.
- Your history, daily summaries, and app usage counters.
- Any error reports the app sent automatically on your behalf.
- Any feedback you submitted through the in-app feedback form, including the email address and display name attached to it.
Meal photos you scan are processed to generate an estimate and are not stored on our servers.
What is kept
If you bought a subscription, we keep the purchase record Google Play sends us. It is a financial record, and Google Play keeps notifying us about the subscription’s status. Once your account is gone, that record no longer points to an identifiable person — it holds no name, email, or profile.
Beyond that we retain no personal data tied to your account. Anonymous, aggregated records that cannot identify you, or records we are legally required to keep, may be retained where applicable. Backups are purged on our standard rotation within 30 days.
