Snap & scan

Photograph your meal and get the calories and macros back in seconds — no database digging, no manual searching.

Get your verdict

A strict-but-funny courtroom judge reacts to every meal. Helpful first, entertaining always.

Know your budget

Your daily calorie budget comes from the Mifflin–St Jeor equation — not a guess — with macro charts so you always know where you stand.

How it works

Three steps to a verdict

1

Set up your case file

Enter your goals and body metrics — we calculate your daily calorie budget.

2

Log your meals

Snap a photo, describe it, or log an activity. The Judge does the math.

3

Hear the verdict

See your daily standing, macros, and a verdict that keeps you honest.

Meet the judge

He cares about your nutrition considerably more than you do

Take a photo of your food. He looks at it. He judges it. You get calories, protein, carbs, and fat in seconds, plus an opinion nobody asked for.

Then log what you burn. The scale puts your food on one side and everything you burned on the other, then tips toward whoever’s winning. One glance and you know how the day’s going. That’s thermodynamics. The judge didn’t invent it, but he will absolutely use it against you.

What it does

  • Snap a photo of your meal and get your calorie and macro numbers back. No typing. No searching a database for “medium banana” for six minutes.
  • Can’t be bothered with the camera? Just type “two eggs and rice”. He’ll work it out.
  • Log your walks, runs, and gym sessions. Or hit record and let it track your route while you move.
  • Works out your actual daily calorie budget from your height, weight, age, and activity level. Not some random number off a chart.
  • One look at the scale tells you how today is going. You’ll know before you read a single number.
  • Macro charts, full history, and weekly calorie summaries.
  • Got a question? Ask the judge. He has time. He always has time.
  • Every Sunday he tells you how your week really went. Brace yourself.

Turn on what you care about

Want to watch sugar, fibre, salt, cholesterol, or saturated fat? Switch them on. Don’t care? Leave them off. Pick your goal, pick your pace: lose weight, gain muscle, or just hold steady.

Free, with a paid bit

Free covers normal everyday tracking. Premium is for people who log every single meal and want limits raised. The judge respects that. He also finds it slightly alarming.

No counting. No spreadsheets. Just your camera, your day, and a verdict you probably had coming.

The science

Your numbers aren't made up

Most of what the app tells you comes from published human research, not a hunch.

Mifflin–St Jeor

Your resting burn is calculated with the Mifflin–St Jeor equation, which a 2005 systematic review by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics found the most accurate of the common prediction equations for most people.

Activity multipliers

Your total daily burn stacks a standard activity multiplier on top of that baseline — the same method used in clinical nutrition practice.

Shown, not hidden

Every equation and the papers behind it are published in full — in the app, and on this site — so you can check the reasoning yourself.
