This page explains how to delete specific data from My Calorie Judge (operated by KruxLabs) while keeping your account. If you want to remove your account and everything in it instead, see Delete Your Account.
Option 1 — Delete entries in the app (instant)
You can remove any individual meal or activity you have logged, at any time:
- Open My Calorie Judge and sign in.
- Open the menu and choose Meal Log History for food, or Work Log History for activities.
- Find the day, then tap the entry you want to remove.
- In the detail sheet that opens, tap Delete and confirm.
The entry is removed from our servers immediately, and your daily calorie and macro totals recalculate without it. Removing the last entry of a day deletes that day’s record entirely. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete specific data
If you would rather we did it, or you want something removed that the app does not let you delete yourself, email kruxlabs.apps@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us what to remove — for example “all my activity logs” or “everything before January”. You can also use the support form. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
What you can delete this way
- Individual food log entries, including their calories and macros.
- Individual activity and workout entries, including any recorded GPS route.
- Your daily summaries, which recalculate automatically as entries are removed.
- By request: any subset of the above, such as a whole date range.
Meal photos are never stored on our servers in the first place. A photo you scan is processed to produce an estimate and then discarded, so there is nothing to delete. The same is true of voice dictation: audio is transcribed and discarded, and only the resulting text is saved as part of your entry.
What this does not remove
Your account itself, your profile (name, birth date, sex, height, weight, goals and preferences), and your sign-in identity stay in place — that is the point of deleting data without deleting the account. To remove those as well, use Delete Your Account, which also erases your error reports and any feedback you have sent us.
Retention
Deletions take effect on our servers immediately. Backups are purged on our standard rotation within 30 days, after which no copy remains. We keep no separate archive of deleted entries.
